Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers BizPinPro Website Notifications by text.

What we collect

Your name and business name if you give them, your mobile phone number, the date, time and IP address of your sign-up, the consent wording you agreed to, your YES, STOP and HELP replies, and a log of the messages we send you.

How we use it

Only to send the website notifications you signed up for, to honor STOP and HELP, and to keep a record of your consent.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number and the text of each message pass to our messaging carrier, Telnyx, solely to deliver the messages.

Retention

We keep your consent record and message log while you are signed up and for a reasonable period afterward, as a record of consent. Ask us and we will delete them.

Security

The data is kept on servers BizPinPro operates, reachable only by BizPinPro.
